Do you have insurance? 

Yes. We carry general and liquor liability insurance for all events

 

What types of events do you do?

Anything and everything! Weddings, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, non-profit galas, festivals, corporate events, graduations and backyard BBQ’s. If you dream it, we can do it!

 

What size is the trailer? 

7’ wide x 8’6” tall x 16’ long

 

Will we need to provide power? 

Power is great if we have easy access. If not, we are mobile for a reason! We are flexible and can operate anywhere with our generator.

 

What is required of the venue? 

We’ll need approval from the venue and a large enough footprint to park the trailer but after that, we’re self-sufficient.

 

Do you sell liquor? 

Unfortunately, due to Indiana State laws, we do not offer liquor sales during public events at this time. We can serve liquor during private events, hosted on private property. Definitely contact us to discuss this in more detail.

 

So you only offer beer and wine then? 

Sort of…but we like to elevate our game! We sell delicious wine slushies and can create custom Mimosa Bars with curated simple syrup/juice combinations. We can also skip the alcohol all together and still have all the fun with mocktails or use our slushie machine to serve frozen lemonades, frozen coffee or any other frozen drinks imaginable.

 

Do I have to host the bar or can guests pay on their own? 

Both! We can customize this to fit your needs. You can fully host the bar by person or by drink You can choose to host a few drinks per person then switch to individual pay per drink.  You can host the first hour before switching to personal pay or allow guests to purchase drinks directly at their leisure. 

 

Can I book an event for next week? 

We’ll do everything we can to make that happen but recommend holding your date at least 1 month in advanced to ensure we have all the proper permits and insurance in place for your event.

 

Do you charge for mileage? 

If you’re in the greater Indianapolis area, our travel costs are included in the standard rental costs. If you’re more than 35 miles away from central Indiana – let’s chat! We charge an additional mileage fee for venues over 35 miles away but always want to find a way to make it happen!

 

I’m interested – what should I do? 

Contact Us to confirm availability. Once confirmed, we require a $250 non-refundable deposit to hold your date. If you are hosting all or part of the bar, we require full beverage service payment at the completion of your event.

 

When we receive your deposit, you own that date. We will schedule an event consultation call with you, go over event timelines and other details to ensure a smooth process. 


Formalities aside, we are always available to answer any questions you might have as they arise and look forward to working with you any time.
